A 20-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman are in custody on suspicion of supplying controlled drugs and manslaughter following the sudden death of an 18-year-old man yesterday morning (Sunday 24 February).
The man was arrested in Gloucestershire and remains in custody there. The woman was arrested in Bristol where she remains in custody. A number of searches are currently being conducted by officers in connection to this investigation.
A post mortem is being carried out today (25 February). The teenager has not yet been formally identified.
Officers were informed of the untimely death by the South East Coast Ambulance Service at around 10.15am yesterday. The 18-year-old, who is from the Farnham area, was at a party on Chobham Common on Saturday night (23 February) and took an unknown substance, potentially through an inhaler, prior to his death.
