Our Military Wives – Stronger Together – Record Breakers

Over 650 women from British military communities around the UK and abroad launched the Military Wives Choirs Foundation today at Wellington Barracks. The new Foundation, which is a registered subsidiary charity of SSAFA Forces Help, will provide help and support to the rapidly-growing network of choirs on military bases around the world. The women were joined by TV Choirmaster Gareth Malone, the first Patron of the Military Wives Choirs Foundation.

The Foundation’s launch also broke a world record as the Military Wives Choirs filmed a music video together for their new album ‘Stronger Together’.

The ladies published their story live on social media and there is no doubting the excitement, but also the strength of our military community through these choirs. As the album title says, “Stronger Together”
