Have Your Say meetings give you a range of opportunities to have your say on local policing priorities in your neighbourhood.
At Have Your Say meetings, you can meet your local Neighbourhood Policing team and discuss your concerns about issues in your area. The meetings are held across the neighbourhood.
Occasionally, neighbourhood policing teams, with local council members, visit a number of streets and invite residents to attend an impromptu Have Your Say meeting, held in the immediate vicinity (for example, on the local green).
There are also opportunities to voice your concerns through verbal or written questionnaires, leaflets and other printed materials from your local neighbourhood policing team.
Neighbourhood policing teams sometimes use mobile police stations, often in rural communities, at public events and on the local high street, and you can visit the mobile station to have your say.
MOD Police Community Police Officer, PC Sam Bradley teamed up with his RAF Police and local Thames Valley Police colleagues to ensure that service families are aware of and are included in the Have Your Say meetings. It was very well received and the team will be holding these meetings regularly at RAF Halton. Keep tuned for future dates!
